Bidscale SaaS Engineering
As Chief Technology Officer at Cloud Pareto, the founder architected and developed Bidscale, a Generative AI enabled SaaS product tailored for B2G contracting. Joseph built the engineering department from scratch, scaling it to 15-25 engineers, establishing serverless cloud architecture best-practices, and successfully navigating the technical due diligence for its acquisition by UNISON GLOBAL in 2024.
